There are no hidden charges or costs
We give estimates and quotes in writing. The price includes labour costs, materials, cleaning, and VAT.

Insurance
As a Dulux approved decorator, we have insurance coverage, including employers and public liability.
Good housekeeping
We will protect all surfaces, fixtures, and furniture and will leave your home clean and tidy. We will remove all dirt and debris.
Dulux deposit protection scheme
Clients are automatically covered if they have purchased a Dulux Trade product and have paid a deposit. You won’t lose your money in case the decorator declares insolvency. Keep a written receipt for the deposit you have made.
After we finish work on your painting and decorating project, you will receive a job completion form. It serves to validate your 12-month guarantee. If you are unhappy with some aspect of the work done, contact our customer service. They will be happy to answer your questions and will come for inspection. One of our professionals will come to fix the problem free-of-charge. This is provided that you have ordered a Dulux Trade product.
Choice of colours
Our painters and decorators offer advice on colour combinations and schemes and will help you to choose colours for your home. Give a sample to the decorator if your colour of choice is not available. Our decorators will mix it for you.
